Fresh Flowers Direct Shipping Policy
We’re all about delivering fresh, happy blooms right to your door. All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to make sure your flowers don’t get stuck in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the next eligible business day, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your flowers are on their way.
We ship with trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS to provide fast, reliable delivery. Transit time is usually one to three business days depending on your location, and at this time we ship within the continental U.S. only.
Every box is packed with care to keep stems protected and hydrated. Depending on the season, we may add insulation or ice packs to make sure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at hello@freshfloralsdirect.com so we can do our best to help.
While we work hard to get your flowers to you fresh and on time, sometimes weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery. If your flowers arrive in less-than-perfect condition, reach out to us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
