We want your unboxing to feel like pure joy. Since flowers are perishable, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than other products.
Every stem is hand-packed with care, and we stand behind the quality of our flowers. If your blooms arrive damaged, wilted, or not up to our standards, please email us at hello@freshfloralsdirect.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Because flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once your order has been shipped or delivered. If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method, although timing may vary depending on your bank.
Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled ship date. Once your flowers are on the way, we’re unable to cancel or adjust the order.
